Positive #4: Commitment to Sleep

Without sleep, in four days we would all be psychotic. Studies have proven that with one more hour of sleep, Americans would be happier. Tonight at the Happiness Social, I declared that I will go to bed by 12:30pm at least six out of seven days per week. Accomplishing this will definitely help me to be happier and the accountability of the folks at the Happiness Social will help me to stick with it. So, if you see me on Facebook after midnight, feel free to prompt me to “GO TO SLEEP!” 😉
