My sisters thyroid cancer had not spread so they were able just to take the thyroid and not much more.

I saw someone smoking today that I didn’t know smoked, when I commented he said you smoked too and yes I did and it made so happy that I don’t have that monkey on my back still.

Made a yummy very late dinner with a bunch of mostly canned foods, artichokes, peppers, chicken, fresh tomatoes and pasta. I needed something quick and healthy and I still have some for Wednesday.
