Positive 1

So glad I found my instructor she makes exercise so fun . She does a thriller dance that makes me laugh my head off. She is so uninhibited so a very good example of being positive .

I feel stronger today physically, I am finally noticing some strong improvement

Listening to a cd on cognitive practices. I really need reminders every few years. I really like cognitive therapy ideas.
