A beautiful day like today makes me not care about the snow and the cold . What a beautiful clear blue sky we had.

A mini outing at the free blues concert , only stayed half way but at least I got out of the rut and went.

I think I may have found a good thyroid pa , we had a good appointment so lets see how her prescriptions and the follow ups work. It would be nice to have my body working better , hopeful
