found a key board so I can get rid of this very old one .

Exercising has made such a huge difference in my life even though I haven’t lost weight and actually put on but it makes such a difference in my mental health and over all physical health . I am very grateful I stuck it out to make it a habit.

An epsom salt lavender bath is a great way to relax after exercise.
