Positive #2: My new habits are working!

Using some of the techniques I learned in Shawn Achor’s book, the Happiness Advantage, I have managed to decrease some unwanted habits in implement and increase habits I have been wanting to do. It has truly made a great difference. Now instead of being cooped up in my office, I get out for a little walk, soaking up the vitamin D and I even help to beautify the environment while I am doing it. Here’s to following the Dalai Lama’s advice – Figure out the stuff that makes you unhappy and do less of that. Figure out the stuff that makes you more happy and do more of that. “That is the way of Happiness”
