I am so happy to be home alone tonight puttering around. I have been busy with people lately and I needed some alone time.

At the play today I had an asthma attack that made me leave. Missed the entire 2nd half and waiting for my friends in the lobby. Instead of being upset I decided to just focus on looking out the window at the fall scenery and walking the halls. It truly turned into a walking meditation of sorts, I had my imagination going full blast. Though I didn’t feel physically well my mind sure had a great time.
