3/4/15 – Lasagna, Exercise, and Muscle Theory

For these colder days the homemade lasagna from the freezer is perfect

Been trying to get back into exercise and have been 4 times this last week pretty good for me.

And I have put on two lbs. It’s not the right direction but I will adapt the it has to muscle theory. It is good to “wake up” this old body
