6/24/15 – Yoga, Exercise, and Cool Evenings

Finally made it to yoga after a few weeks, much needed.

Positive 2

Even though I have put on weight I could still fit in a dress I couldn’t a year ago. So exercise has tightened me up a little.

Positive 3

The evening is cooling off a tiny bit. So far I am enduring the heat ok.
