Positive #3- Perspective.

I’m never “stuck” feeling anything. I choose how to react and respond and whether the day is crap or bliss or somewhere in between is largely up to me to determine. For me, it’s not always about being emotionally “strong,” it’s about being flexible, malleable. Being aware of my thoughts, actions and beliefs without being self-critical or judgemental. Loving myself first, always. Happiness takes practice!
