I was looking at the lack of what I have so I really noticed what I am grateful for. Reminded myself sometimes energy levels, hormones or bad sleep can affect your mood.

I have a lamp in my room that I thought was broke for months and found out that the plug just came loose. For some reason the light from that lamp makes me feel good.
