It’s called Why Will power Fails Us. More important than the “why” is the ways to deal with it. I really have a lot of fun writing. Sometimes I just get the writing bug. I really, really appreciate KSL for giving me a medium in which to express. Specifically, Lindsay Maxfield. She’s the same one that brings the “Happy Living” section to KSL. So, today I am grateful for the opportunity to write about my favorite subject (happiness/positive psychology) and share it with Utahns via KSL.
