Holy cats! When I bit into that omelet – WOW! This was not a token amount of salmon – they were very generous! It also came topped with my favorite kind of cheese – feta! I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything I’ve had at Ruth’s has been good, but I honestly think that’s the best dish I’ve ever had there.
