Today I used my coping skills to take care of and improve my emotional state. I had a horror movie from Redbox to watch but I recognized that today such a movie could throw me in to a downward spiral. So, instead I listened to a podcast by Gary van Warmerdam. I have mentioned before that listening to his podcasts is like going to Happiness Church so it was a much better choice. (Note to students of Happiness 101: notice that I essentially used the Eight Steps of Happiness I taught you in class).
