Positive #1: Almonds.

For the past several years, I have had food allergies. Chocolate, avocado and tomatoes. The harshest of these though were almonds. Recently I noticed that I wasn’t have breakouts when I indulged. Two days ago my wife bought a big bag of almonds. I nibbled on one almond – no reaction. I have been eating handfuls of almonds ever since Absence makes the taste buds grow fonder? I feel so happy to be reunited with my old friend, the almond.
