The “Happy Hour”.  This is a FREE class on Happiness, delivered via CONFERENCE CALL!  Traditionally the “Happy Hour” is always right after work.  So, “Happy Hour is at 5pm on Mondays.  You could call in on your way home. 

      June 22nd – Discussion: You are NOT in direct control of your emotions – including Happiness

      June 29th – You are stronger than your past.  Proof that you are not “doomed” to be unhappy

      July 5th – Ownership of our happiness – our freedom to choose our happiness.
