Positive #3: Team Happiness 101 for NAMI Walk

NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Health.  Every year they hold a fundraiser walk to raise funds and awareness about the stigma of mental illness.  If you do not have a mental illness, you probably will  struggle with some kind of mental health problem at some point in your lifetime.  If you are laughing and pointing, be careful.  As you point a finger at someone else, three fingers point back at yourself. Dementia, anxiety, depression, addiction, post traumatic stress disorder – could be just around the corner or in the future of someone you love.  My article, Imagine, is a good illustration of the judge-not, lest-thee-be-judged boomerang.  So, I encourage you to get educated and be supported.  Each state has their own NAMI headquarters. NAMI Utah has been very active in fighting for the rights of Utahns that struggle with mental illness.  Please support them by joining the Happiness 101 team and walking with us on September 24th.
