Improve Your Happiness in Less Than 3 Minutes Per Day

happy faceMartin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology, asked a group of severely depressed people write down three positive things per day. In 15 days, 94% of them had improved to either mildly or moderately depressed – just from writing down three positive things per day!!  Since everyone benefits when we share appreciation and gratitude, I created a separate page here on the blog that you may share your positives with the world.  This is standard home opportunity (we don’t call it home “work”) in the Happiness 101 and “Happy Hour” classes.  Both classes are free.  The “Happy Hour” is a CONFERENCE CALL based class on Mondays at 5pm and  Happiness 101 is a live class on Tuesdays at 7pm  Call 801-262-0317 for recorded information.
