Positive #1: Time with Friends

Today I took time to meet with friends.  It was so good to just sit, talk and connect.  It is SO important to my personal happiness and I have gotten better and better of taking the time for what is really important.  Friends can offer so many different kinds of support, informational, tangible and of course, emotional.  It feels so good to take the risk to be open and be accepted for me as I am.  Today my heart swells with gratitude for my friends.
