I noticed that some of the things on my Sculpting My Life list were consistently not getting done. This morning, I used the Eight Steps to Happiness (which you can get for yourself by clicking in the upper right hand corner of this page) to take a step back and see what was working and what was not. I found a new way to set myself up for success. I will, of course, use steps Seven and Eight to ensure that these changes do, in fact, work for me.
I always tell my students of Happiness 101 that I am on the path with them. Just like them, I hone and shape and look at what is working and what is not and adjust accordingly.
