The warm afterglow of a wonderful, uplifting, empowering movie. Windows down. Warm air blowing in with the faint smell of the passing rain. Stick shift. My blackberry colored sports car. Passing lights. Passing cars. The sultry guitar of Echo and the Bunnymen delivered me from on-ramp to off-ramp. The rearview reflected only black. No ticket tonight. The moon winked through the sunroof. I smiled and sighed with satisfaction.
