Happiness 101: Happiness Archetypes, MONDAY Nov. 9th 7pm

When you hear Archetype, you might immediately think of Carl Jung and his collective of colorful archetypes such as the wise man, goddess and hero. While this is one definition of an archetype, Random House Dictionary defines it as “the original pattern or model from which all things of the same kind are copied or on which they are based; a model or first form; prototype.” Pertaining to Happiness there are four archetypes and which one you fall into depends on several things depending on whether you are present or future oriented. In Happiness 101, we will further explore these archetypes, help you determine which one best describes you now and offer exercises to help you make steps toward being happier.
